Inktober 2016

Inktober is a yearly ink-drawing challenge initiated by Jake Parker in 2009. It challenges artists and potential artists to draw, in ink, every day throughout the month of October, which is actually far more challenging than it sounds!

Inktober/Drawlloween 2015

Inktober is a yearly ink-drawing challenge initiated by Jake Parker in 2009. Drawlloween, which also takes place every October, was started by Brian Sora. It focuses less on medium and more on Halloween-themed drawing prompts. Both events are fun, and each is worth participating in, regardless of your skill level as an artist.

Halloween Survival Tips

Halloween Survival Tips is a series of Halloween cartoons/one-panel comics I drew way back in 2007. I don’t recall embracing any other project as enthusiastically as I embraced this one, despite the bad art, the bad puns, and the sub-standard working conditions. These ‘toons were all drawn in ink (via either pen or brush) on unlined index cards, then colored with India inks and Derwent Inktense pencils.
